you send me this package with Fedex.
1) first, you didn't put my email address anywhere - extremely stupid by you, as the package requires a customs clearance , that you well know, and I had to spend 15 minutes on the phones to spell my email address to Fedex staff when the called me on 31.12.2020.
2) they sent me on 31.12.2020. by email a calculation of import taxes and duties, and a form to fill and sign, where I confirm that taxes are OK, and where I chose one of two of erred options how to pay taxes , either cash on delivery (my choice), or by bank transfer (that was explained will require FIVE days AFTER receiving the payment from me to be payments accepted ; not my choice). their email got into GMail Spam folder , and discovered the email only today, and sent the signed form with a choice of payment CASH today. no one from Fedex even called me for the week to infirm me they had really sent an email.
3) today I got respond from Fedex, where they requested me to make a bank transfer for taxes. are they stupid? why they sent me 31.12. a form to chose either CASH or BANK TRANSFER , and now after one week they just requesting Bank Transfers? Are they stupid? Likely very stupid and unprofessional . Farfetch's local partner DHL collects import taxes up to 5M VND in cash on delivery (mine on this order are 2.5M VND) , just yesterday I got smoothly last order from Farfetch. But you employ lazy , rude and unprofessional people like logistics partners. Therefore I informed them I reject their request to pay bank transfer, I will pay only in cash; they were very slow about customs clearance - and didn't started so far; I informed them that if until 07.01.2021. 17:00 local time I will not receive processed import customs declaration to my email, I will exercise my withdrawal rights under this distance contract provided by Directive 2011/83/EU Art.9(1), as I am European Union country - Latvia - resident, and this law is clearly applicable to you as Italy based merchant , moreover under Regulation 593/2008 Art,6(2) law applicable to my consumer contract with you may be chosen by parties, but in any case it should not worser my residence country Latvia consumer laws, that provides that I can cancel my contract any time and will have to refund me the 100% paid amount , in particular if I request to withdraw from the contract before delivery of goods. I am warning you to kick Fedex Vietnam that they fully comply with my demands, otherwise I withdraw from the contract and you bear a lot of logistics on your account to get goods back to Italy. I am consumer rights lawyer for one middle size high end fashion brand in Europe, so I know well my rights, I will kick the air out of your ass if you will not process my refund in full within 14 days, so I kindly suggest you to kick Fedex Vietnam
